Inclusion Alliance is a not-for-profit organisation, limited by guarantee, with charitable status.

The organisation was set up to be able to respond to legislation enabling people to access Direct Payments.
The Board of Management is 51% user led and consists of people with learning difficulties, parents of people with learning difficulties and interested and committed professionals.
The organisation has an efficient and effective head office team of manager, assistant manager and part-time finance officer. The manager and assistant manager are responsible for employing support workers and managing individual budgets in partnership with service users and their families.
